Dr. Ples L. Kujawa
Board-Certified Orthopaedic SurgeonDr. Kujawa has been practicing Orthopaedics in the northeast area of San Antonio for over 20 years. Following his graduation from the University of Texas Health Science Center, he did a Fellowship in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at the Fracture Care Center in Eugene, Oregon as well as a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Sydney, Australia. His practice is wide-ranging to include fractures, knee and hip replacement, knee and shoulder arthroscopies and general Orthopaedics. Dr. Kujawa appreciates the specific needs of the high school athlete as demonstrated by his 20 plus years of being the team physician for Roosevelt High School. Dr. Kujawa earned All-American collegiate track honors in the 400 meters at Angelo State University. He was born in Amarillo, Texas and has extensively traveled the world.
